车牌检测haar分类器文件
采用opencv haartrainning生产的分类器文件，10000个蓝牌，17000个负样本，训练太慢了，只训练了10级。对蓝牌漏检很低，但误检很高，连路面都误检。测试着玩吧。

Haar分类器查看程序
可以查看训练好的分类器的haar特征。
使用方法：
1.打开opencv中的xml文件如haarcascade_frontalface_alt2.xml
2.点next按钮，就可以看haar特征了。
3.如果不进行步骤2，openfile选择一张图片，点run之后就会进行人脸检测。
4.步骤3之后连续选择cutface，就会在人脸上打出haar特征。
实际上，人脸分类器已经包含了眼睛的候选区域，只不过现有的实现里面都没有用到而已。步骤3的人眼就是haarcascade_frontalface_alt2.xml的输出。

人脸检测、人眼检测、目标检测
改进OpenCV中的人脸检测，采用MFC，可以选择分类器xml问题，可以设置检测器的参数。这个例程的目的是测试自己生成或网上下载的xml文件。需要安装OpenCV。

眼睛检测、眼睛状态识别，司机疲劳检测
采用模板匹配的方法标识眼睛状态，需要安装OpenCV 1.0，并将OpenCV\bin目录加入到系统的环境变量中的path中去。
ps：更改了path需要将explorer.exe重启，或重启计算机。
