现象：采用jenkins+k8s+docker部署服务，web服务收到POST内容后，存储中文乱码，后打印log也乱码，确定服务用的是iso-8859-1编码集，手动设置发送、接收为utf-8也不行，设置配置文件也不行，设置WebMvcConfigurerAdapter为utf-8也不行。解决：发现是docker image用的有问题，换一个image就好了，以上解决都不要...
