多维网上拍卖优化机制与决策模型研究 在网上多维拍卖的机理设计中，多维拍卖竞胜标的确定问题是一个十分复杂的 问题，事实上它已经被证明是NP C Non-deterministic Polynomial，非确定性多项式) 难题。本文是通过应用现代启发式算法来对这一问题展开研究的，现代启发式算法 给这一问题的求解带来十分光明的科学前景。本文研究选题的首要动因在十多维拍 卖机制的设计要求，这一拍卖机制能够更加准确地反映竞标人的愿望。其次，智能 计算技术使得多维网上拍卖机制成为一个十分活跃的研究领域，现有的项目评标、 决标模型和采购合同的反向拍卖模型将被拓展。最后，将上述模型和算法在多维网 上拍卖系统中的成功实现又为理论应用十实际提供了方法。

We consider the problem of minimizing the weighted sum of a smooth function f and a convex function P of n real variables subject to m linear equality constraints. We propose a block-coordinate gradient descent method for solving this problem, with the coordinate block chosen by a Gauss-Southwell-q rule based on sufficient predicted descent. We establish global convergence to first-order stationarity for this method and, under a local error bound assumption, linear rate of convergence. If f is convex with Lipschitz continuous gradient, then the method terminates in O(n2/) iterations with an -optimal solution. If P is separable, then the Gauss- Southwell-q rule is implementable in O(n) operations when m = 1 and in O(n2) operations when m>1. Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are increasingly gaining impact in our day to day lives. They are finding a wide range of applications in various domains, including health-care, assisted and enhanced-living scenarios, industrial and production monitoring, control networks, and many other fields. 非线性理论是描述复杂系统结构形态的一门新兴边缘科学。它包含了分形、混沌和 孤子这三个非常重要的概念。本文侧重研究了分形学中具有重要意义的广义Mandelbrot 集(简称广义M集)的分形结构，并取得了一些研究成果。

：提出了以固定字典来代替传统的变化字典的方法实现分形图像编码。通过改变Mandelbrot 集参数生成不同的曲线，并对 其进行灰度值量化，得到相应得图像块，这样能构成丰富的压缩字典。在编码过程中，只需将待编码的图像块与字典中的图像块进 行匹配选出满足条件的图像块，然后对相应的图像块进行编码，就可以实现图像的分形编码压缩。通过实验证明算法实现可行、有 效，图像压缩效果理想，较大地提高了分形编码的速度

针对基本粒子群优化(basic particle swarm optimization,简称bPSO)算法容易陷入局部极值、进化后期 的收敛速度慢和精度低等缺点,采用简化粒子群优化方程和添加极值扰动算子两种策略加以改进,提出了简化 粒子群优化(simple particle swarm optimization,简称sPSO)算法、带极值扰动粒子群优化(extremum disturbed particle swarm optimization,简称tPSO)算法和基于二者的带极值扰动的简化粒子群优化(extremum disturbed and simple particle swarm optimization,简称tsPSO)算法.sPSO 去掉了PSO 进化方程的粒子速度项而使原来的二阶微 分方程简化为一阶微分方程,仅由粒子位置控制进化过程,避免了由粒子速度项引起的粒子发散而导致后期收 敛变慢和精度低问题.tPSO 增加极值扰动算子可以加快粒子跳出局部极值点而继续优化.对几个经典测试函数 进行实验的结果表明,sPSO 能够极大地提高收敛速度和精度;tPSO 能够有效摆脱局部极值点;以上两种策略相 结合,tsPSO 以更小的种群数和进化世代数获得了非常好的优化效果,从而使得PSO 算法更加实用化.

This paper studies the applicability of hybridization of Improved GA (IGA) and PSO techniques to data clustering problem. A new way of integrating IGA and PSO is explored in the paper. In one approach, a parallel IGA and PSO developed and in other, a transitional approach of alternate IGA and PSO technique followed. Simulations for number of data sets show that the proposed integrated approach provides better clustering performance.
