原创 webbug xerces.jar导致加载struts加载错误

主要原因好像是因为在hibernate当中导入了一个xerces.jar这个包，这个包跟jdk的包的功能相同导致冲突。于是struts无法启动。我删除xerces.jar以后无法将工程配置到服务器当中总是提示，工程可能被锁着。后来在网上查查以后才发现，原来是删除了上一个jar文件以后，但是在类路径中还有。在build java lib当中移除这个不存在的包就可以了。
