mp4v2和faac混合为mp4, 在Hi3519板运行成功。生成的joseph_mp4_test运行时需要av_file中的资源(this is Joseph mux sample)

mp4v2源码的VS2010工程，有视频音频混合的例子，可以直接编译后debug会把1.aac和1.h264混合生成test.mp4，拿到mp4v2源码不知道怎么下手进行视音频混合的，可以参考这份代码。其中1.aac和1.h264是按例子需要生成的，格式特定，通用的aac和h264格式需要改例子代码才能支持。2017年6月份的mp4v2代码，比较新。
