该Spec 对PCI 设备的oprom 的结构和内容进行了详细的描述，对oprom 的格式进行了定义， pcie 设备可以有多个oprom ，oprom 的size 是以512byte进行对齐的，是512byte 的整数倍。同时可以同时存在legacy oprom 和uefi oprom.
