HTML5 is such an exciting opportunity for software developers. For a long time, the Web has been the favorite platform for providing software applications to both external and internal users because of its reach and ease of deployment and maintenance. The primary limitation has been the client-side support, which can severely limit the user experience. With the lack of cross-browser standardization, using any of the advanced features often meant broken pages on older browsers or difficult polyfills.

2003年第12期《财富》中译本刊登文章《伟大的书》，作者Mark Athitakis，文中列出了从古到今的一些书籍，作者认为是每位首席执行官都应该阅读的。《人月神话》排在5本“技术产业”类图书之首。

程序实现了在Linux下播放音频的功能。程序首先调用fstat函数获得文件相关信息（主要是文件大小信息）。通过malloc函数分配指定的内存空间，并将音频文件读入内存；然后，打开声卡设备文件，设置声卡参数；再调用write函数完成文件的播放。
