基于Ansys的光纤传感单元力学的分析与实验研究

Optical fiber sensor have got more and more application extent with optical fiber fabrication and communication rapid development. As a send of sensor, microbending optical fiber sensor are not only have many advantages of general fiber sensor,but also have it self advantage, example, small volame, low price, good solution, so it get many recongnitions. In this paper, the mechanical mode of microbending optical fiber sensor was analysed by element finite analysis software, we can get the simulation results of microbend and strain. By establishing microbend and strain optical fiber senor testing plane, experiment and collect data. Finally, coupling both data of simulation and experiment to examine the properly of analysis. The character of this paper:(1) analysing the deformation structure of the optical fiber senor generates effect of microbending sensitivity, its conclude: sensing fiber,light source, deformer, detection;(2) utilize the strong function of structure analysis of Ansys, we can translate the complicated deformation-Optical mechanism to component of finite elements.
