RS485高速数据传输协议的设计与实现

实现远距离的高速基带信号传输,该文设计了一种以RS485标准为物理层基础,在现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)平台上实现的数据传输协议。该协议利用串行信号的跳变沿作为高逮时钟检测的起点实现位同步,可以有效地解决信号码间干扰问题I利用8B/lOB编码实现帧同步,可以保证位同步的准确性和帧同步控制字符的可靠性。该文利用FPGA平台对协议进行了实验测试,测试结果表明该协议可以实现220m距离上的14.5Mb/s的有效数据传输,为长距离的高速数据传输提供了可靠的实现方法。

If you are interested in programming for Android, you will need at least a basic understanding of how to program in Java. Android programming is done using Java syntax, plus a class library that resembles a subset of the Java SE library (plus Android-specific extensions). If you have not programmed in Java before, you probably should learn how that works before attempting to dive into programming for Android. The book does not cover in any detail how to download or install the Android development tools, either the Eclipse IDE flavor or the stand-alone flavor. The Android web site covers this quite nicely. The material in the book should be relevant whether or not you use the IDE. You should download, install, and test the Android development tools from the Android web site before trying any of the examples presented in this book. Some chapters may reference material in previous chapters. Also, not every sample shown has the complete source code in the book, lest this book get too large. If you wish to compile the samples, download the source code from the Apress web site (www.apress.com).

This book combines the essential elements of these three fields, rather than presenting a comprehensive treatment of each. It is intended to provide an understanding for those interested in incorporating modeling techniques in their work. Modeling is not an exact science, and therefore no book on modeling can ever be comprehensive. However, it is hoped that this book, through the experience of the authors, presents a philosophy of modeling that can be applied for a wide range of applications. To the best of our knowledge, no book has yet been published on the use of computational electromagnetic tools as applied to EMIlEMC problems. This book is intended to fill this void.

Organization of the book. The first chapter gives basic definitions and notations for Boolean functions, which are used in the following chapters. Basic notations for circuits and Boolean expressions are also given in the first two sections .. Readers who are familiar with these subjects can skip the first part and use it only for reference when they are in doubt about the exact definitions and notations in the book. Then, Binary Decision Diagrams (Bryant, 1986) for representing completely and incompletely specified Boolean functions are briefly reviewed. The general structure of FPG As and some examples of typical FPGA devices are given in the next section, and finally, the chapter is concluded by some theoretical considerations about the complexity of Boolean functions to clarify what algorithms for logic synthesis can accomplish and what they cannot be expected to do.

FPGA implementations of neural networks

During the 1980s and early 1990s there was significant work in the design and implementation of hardware neurocomputers. Nevertheless, most of these efforts may be judged to have been unsuccessful: at no time have have hardware neurocomputers been in wide use. This lack of success may be largely attributed to the fact that earlier work was almost entirely aimed at developing custom neurocomputers, based on ASIC technology, but for such niche areas this technology was never sufficiently developed or competitive enough to justify large-scale adoption. On the other hand, gate-arrays of the period mentioned were never large enough nor fast enough for serious artificial-neuralnetwork (ANN) applications. But technology has now improved: the capacity and performance of current FPGAs are such that they present a much more realistic alternative. Consequently neurocomputers based on FPGAs are now a much more practical proposition than they have been in the past. This book summarizes some work towards this goal and consists of 12 papers that were selected, after review, from a number of submissions. The book is nominally divided into three parts: Chapters 1 through 4 deal with foundational issues; Chapters 5 through 11 deal with a variety of implementations; and Chapter 12 looks at the lessons learned from a large-scale project and also reconsiders design issues in light of current and future technology.

The conception of a verifiable register transfer level (RTL) philosophy is a product of two factors: one, inherited seat-of-the-pants experiences during the course of large system design; the other, the sort of investigation which may be called “scientific.” Our philosophy falls somewhere between the knowledge gained through experiences and the knowledge gained through scientific research. It corroborates on matters as to which definite knowledge has, so far, been ascertained; but like science, it appeals to reason rather than authority. Our philosophy consists of a fundamental set of principles, which when embraced, yield significant pay back during the process of verification.
