本人通过与几个人合作修改了网上正在流行的记事本小程序，更正了保存时只有后缀名而没有名字的毛病，以及更正了复制\剪切\粘贴时会少一位的情况，另外添加了工具栏。编程为VC++6.0 API环境，可供初学者参考。因水平有限到此为止

敬请帮忙修改掉老是保存成只有后缀.txt的错误

用于修复 VC6.0打开文件时出错退出的插件，把filetool.dll拷到以下参考路径： 参考自己的VC6安装路径做下修改C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\Common\MSDev98\AddIns
