巨益V7.1版升级安装文件及升级方式

一、升级文件下载： 请点击链接下载安装文件，下载后请解压运行安装。
巨益V7.1安装文件
二、升级方式：
1、已装巨益V7.0的系统。
升级方法：运行巨益V7.1安装包，直接覆盖安装原有巨益目录。默认为“D：\\巨益录易2000”文件夹。执行安装完毕后，使用原有巨益易录2000图标进入系统，选择“帮助”菜单下的“关于”选项，查看一下升级后的版本号，若是版本号为“Ver7.1-141001”即为完成升级。
注意：升级时原有巨益V7.0系统不可打开，但也不需任何操作，无需卸载。
2、已装巨益V6.15的系统。
升级方法：运行巨益V7.1安装包，直接执行默认安装。安装完成后，会将V7.1安装于“D：\\巨益录易2000”目录下。双击桌面“巨益录易2000”图标，进入系统注册界面，使用注册信息完善资料后，点击注册，生成新的注册，关闭注册界面，输入密码1，进入系统。重新导入相关密钥文件后，即可执行扫描认证工作。原有巨益v6.15可以保留，也可以在添加删除程序中卸载。

三、支持扫描仪型号：
因扫描技术的升级，原巨益支持的扫描仪有部分型号不符合功能要求，在新版本中将不再支持。若您的扫描仪不在支持范围，请致电020-22906777，选购适用型号扫描仪。此版本巨益支持的扫描仪型号如下：
精益SW251、精益SW520、精益SW1500、精益SW2000、精益SW4000、中晶税务先锋、中晶税务之星、中晶税务超人、明基5000B、明基5800、虹光AV180+、av180，佳能2010C\2050C 。
四、本次升级主要功能调整如下：
1、增加112位密文增值税专票的扫描认证功能；
2、增加机器码的扫描识别功能；
3、增加上传认证数据文件中机器码及密钥体系二个字段；
4、提高二维码票汉字区域识别功能；
5、调整货运及机动车专票的辨识效果；
6、增加精益SW500扫描仪支持。

货物运输及机动车销售专票
扫描及网上认证流程
广东省国税近期开放货物运输及机动车销售专票网上认证功能，相关操作如下：
一、网上认证流程：
1、 使用数字证书或帐号密码登入国税网发票认证系统，在弹出的窗口中点击货运机动车发票认证按钮，进入货运发票认证界面。如图所示：
2、 点击“企业证书生成”项目下的“进入下载”按键，进入证书生成与下载功能项。如图所示。
3、 完善资料，点击生成，生成key文件，点击上面出现的“Hey.dat”，下载密钥并读入扫描系统。其中，KEY文件即密钥文件格式为：国税号+hey.dat
4、 扫描发票，并导出文件后，在认证界面中选择上传认证文件，将认证文件上传到国税网。如下图所示：
5、 文件上传结束后，返回上传情况，等待几分钟，即可以查询到认证结果。

4、下载认证结果
货运发票及机动车销售发票的认证结果有二种格式，一是XML格式，用于读入申报或读回扫描系统；二是PDF格式，即为认证结果通知书。可依据需要下载相关格式。
5、认证结果验证
选择PDF格式下载，然后打开该文件，可以看到，发票信息中包含有发票代码、发票号码、机器编号等信息，认证通过的发票，会在认证结果一栏显示“1_认证通过”。认证未通过或是重复认证的发票，会在认证结果一栏显示问题原因。请认证企业针对问题原因检查扫描上传发票情况，修改后再次上传认证。
二、机动车及货物运输专票扫描过程。
1、在登入巨益录易2000时，选择货物运输业发票。如下图。输入密码1，登入扫描界面。
2、导入密钥文件
点击菜单项系统管理/导入密钥文件，导入货运票密钥。此操作只需导入一次即可。以后的扫描中，不需要再次导入。
3、扫描发票
在扫描仪中放好发票后，点击扫描发票，依下图所示，选择所扫描的发票种类，点击开始扫描。
4、扫描结束，出现识别结果后，点击全部保存。
5、全部发票均扫描完成，并保存后，点击认证报税，进入认证报税模块。确认发票张数，金额税额等基本信息后，点击“导出到目录”功能，生成认证文件。如下图：
6、上传国税网，认证发票。相关流程见第一项。
7、若有认证不通过发票，可在认证报税中选择“已发送待认证发票”，找到该张发票，双击修改后，再点击“导出到目录”功能，生成上传文件，再次上传认证。如下图：
