上周日在万体馆外场踢了半场正式的比赛。很久没有正式踢过了，算算都有半年多。体力，还有力量是个很大的问题，踢了35分钟左右，竟然完场后抽筋，看来平时打网球的运动量似乎太小了比较巧的是居然碰到以前足球学校的一个同学，他在那里做裁判，世界还真是小！现在我发现自己的头脑太容易发热了，居然拿到球怎么都不能冷静下来，即便是后来想的时候，都是心潮澎湃，估计是很久没有这么兴奋了，碰到球弄得什么都忘了。希望下次踢球
